Chief HR Officer
Sanjay Harrichand is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Stratum Reservoir. He brings over two decades of experience to his role at Stratum Reservoir, having joined from BHP where he served as the Head of Human Resources as well as several Senior HR positions at BHP in the US, Singapore & The Netherlands since joining BHP in 2008. Sanjay also had several HR roles at Hillside Aluminium Limited in South Africa.
Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communication from the University of South Africa and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa.
