Chief HR Officer
Suzette Dennis is the Chief Human Resources Officer with over 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience across the oil and gas contracting and manufacturing sectors. She has led human resources functions across the Western Hemisphere, supporting multiple countries in North America, South America, and the Caribbean.
Throughout her career, Suzette has built and led HR functions in complex, multi-country environments, with a strong focus on organizational design, workforce planning, compensation alignment, and talent management. She has extensive experience supporting acquisitions and integrations, implementing HR frameworks from the ground up, and driving alignment between people strategy and business objectives.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Baylor University and is PHR and SHRM-CP in the US.
